Serving Education through Social Threefolding

Our purpose is to support Steiner education in Australia, through a business model formed on Social Threefolding as first proposed by Rudolf Steiner in 1917.

As a business we sit within the “economic life” and offer ethical, sustainable and quality commodities that meet the needs of school communities and the “cultural life”. We in turn offer the profits generated from these commodities back to the realm of the cultural life, supporting Steiner education to work in freedom, as well as contributing to needs in wider society.

This initiative is offered in service to Rudolf Steiner’s vision for a healthy, productive and peaceful society.

We also support schools and Steiner education through normal school fundraising requests, sponsorship and emergency donations, we see this as a part of a normal and healthy social life.

Our work with Steiner Schools

As we grow in our work together with schools over the coming years we look forward to sharing the projects and initiatives we are able to contribute to with the common goal of supporting Steiner education as a whole.

As a starting point we will focus on reconciliation with our First Nations people, supporting educators to strengthen Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander perspectives in Steiner education. The parameters of this will form as we forge collaborative relationships with schools and learn more about the diversity of reconciliation plans nationwide.

Part of our long term vision is to listen to schools and understand their unfolding needs as our business also continues to evolve and grow.

Our work with fraternity

We contribute to ongoing discussions with like-minded businesses, both within Australia and worldwide, supporting networking and cooperation in economic life.

Wherever possible we seek out resources made in Australia, for example by local dollmakers, beekeepers, craftspeople and artists.

We recognise the shared knowledge and contribution of Anthroposophical inspired businesses within Australia and their valuable link between community and their local Steiner school/s.
